Thank you for purchasing from Cryptus Academy. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality cryptocurrency education.
Since our courses are digital and instantly downloadable, please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Cryptus Academy can be refunded within 30 days. For any reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided your request meets the guidelines outlined in our cancellation policy.

The student may cancel the transaction and course registration under Cryptus Academy's cancellation policy.

For a student with a resident address in Israel, cancellation terms are governed by local consumer protection laws as detailed below.

1. Digital Products

All courses sold on Cryptus Academy are digital products. Once a course has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

This policy ensures fairness and protects our course material from unauthorized distribution or copying.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same course (duplicate payment).
You experienced a technical issue on our platform that prevented you from accessing the purchased course, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
The course file or content was corrupt or incomplete, and a replacement could not be provided.

If any of the above applies, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@cryptusacademy.com with proof of payment and a clear description of the issue.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you:

Change your mind after purchasing.
Purchased the wrong course by mistake.
Expected different results from the content.

Please review course descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Cryptus Academy can be refunded within 30 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our cancellation policy.

The student may cancel the transaction and course registration by Cryptus Academy's cancellation policy.

For a student with a resident address in Israel, cancellation terms are by local consumer protection laws as detailed below.

3. In the event of remote registration, as defined by consumer protection law, if the student requests cancellation in writing, explicitly stating the intention to cancel the course registration, the following conditions apply:

3.1 If the cancellation notice is delivered within 14 days of signing this agreement and at least 2 business days before the actual course starts, the academy will refund 95% of the tuition.

3.2 If the cancellation notice in writing is delivered to the academy within 14 days of signing this agreement or within a short period of at least 2 business days before the actual course starts, not less than the first lesson, the academy will refund 65% of the tuition.

3.3 If the cancellation notice is delivered during or after the first lesson, the academy will refund 55% of the tuition.

3.4 If the cancellation notice is delivered during or after the second lesson, the academy will refund 35% of the tuition.

3.5 If the cancellation notice is delivered during or after the third lesson, the student is not entitled to any refund.

3.6 In any case of cancellation for any reason, even if less than 14 days have passed since registration, (including remote/phone registration), the registration fees will not be refunded.

It should be noted that registration fees include reservation of a spot in the course, opening of a student file, creation of private lessons for the student, and similar services. Therefore, registration fees cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.

4.0 Cancellation of course participation for any reason must be done in writing directly to the academy via email: accounts@cryptus.online. It is the responsibility of the student to verify receipt of the email in the academy offices. Confirmation of email receipt can also be obtained by phone: +447389675948.

5.0 It is clarified regarding this agreement that the first lesson/introductory lesson transmitted to course students and the three business days before the first lesson/introductory lesson is defined as the 'start of studies.

6.0 By signing this agreement, the student confirms that they have read and understood the content of the agreement and its appendices. The student accepts the terms specified in the agreement and the training center's regulations, including general contract terms and cancellation conditions, as well as the academy's code of conduct, as updated and published by the academy from time to time.

7.0 The academy declares that it bears the interest costs associated with the transaction. In any case of transaction cancellation, the financing costs will be borne by the student (study loan/credit). In case of course cancellation by the academy, the refund will be processed within 45 business days.”
